Walk-in Service: All clients are welcome to receive a walk-in service Monday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 12pm-3pm. Check-in ends promptly 30 minutes prior to closure or upon max capacity. Each client must sign the check-in book upon arrival and will be taken in the order received. Once checked-in, clients are recommended but not required to wait inside the shop for their service. Clients not present for their service will be moved to the bottom of the list or denied service — LATE ARRIVALS NOT ACCEPTED. It is the client’s responsibility to be present for their service and it is the Barber’s discretion to refuse service for any reason. Scalp/Facial Massage and Detangling/Conditioning treatment are NOT available as a walk-in service. CASH ONLY. NO REFUNDS.

Clean-up: This is a walk-in service designated for adults (18 & older) between haircuts or beard-trims of 3-6 week regularity and is strictly limited to the perimeter of the natural hairline - NO EXCEPTIONS. Does not include any other service. CLEAN-UP offered ONLY as a WALK-IN service at all times but at the Barber’s discretion as to not interfere with appointments. $15. CASH ONLY. NO REFUNDS.

In-home Service: These services are reserved for those with limitations due to illness, advanced age, injury, or other extenuating circumstances pending discussion. Note: working outside of the barbershop limits the range of service mildly. Booking an in-home service is to be done directly by email, phone, or in-person; 7 days advance notice required. Adequate and safe conditions for performing in-home services required and detailed prior to visit. Allowable distance relative to shop location, 9917 S Walden Pkwy, is limited to a 5 mile radius. In-home services performed on Sundays — exceptions can be made at Barber’s discretion pending discussion and depends mostly on weather and distance. Barber reserves right to deny service for any reason. Payment required before start of service. CASH ONLY. NO REFUNDS.

Scheduling Exceptions: Although I do try to keep a rigid and reliable schedule, exceptions can be made with enough notice and consideration. We understand life can be unpredictable and busy so we welcome requests to work outside of our listed regular hours. All requests will be given the same consideration and honored to the best of our ability. Booking a scheduling exception is to be done directly by email, phone, or in-person; 24 hour advance notice required. Note: scheduling exceptions are an emergency request and NOT a regular appointment. CASH ONLY. NO REFUNDS.

*Both home services and scheduling exceptions are subject to a non-negotiable convenience fee of $25 (added to the total of service)
